Prusa is a reprap open source explorer 3D printing kit designed for learning and tinkering. so it looks like something you could cobble together yourself. You just need unlimited time and unlimited engineering resources and unlimited patience to do it. so its a given this will never happen and that is where our Prusa versions comes into play.

We are providing two DIY kits versions of Prusa, They are Prusa DIY kit and Prusa Quick build DIY kit. Our Prusa models offer you the foundation that allows you to acquire knowledge of robotics, 3D CNC things like: – 3Dprinting, CAD, electronics, programming, CNC mechanics, PIC CNC interfaces etc . but you need to climb a steep learning curve first.

Prusa DIY kit is an unassembled 3d printer kit specially made for the explorers like hobbyists, engineers, students to learn how to build reprap 3d printer.
It comes with all the parts and electronics needed to build complete fully assembled 3d printer kit such as pcb gen6 board, extruders, nozzle, xcarriage,teflon tubes, metal rods, bar clamps, print plates, screws, nuts, stepper motors and wires.(refer below gallery).No soldering needed in improved reprap prusa DIY kit as most of the complex parts such as pcb, nozzle, extruders are preassembled.

Prusa Quick Build DIY kit is our special quick DIY prusa kit also called as semi assembled prusa quick build kit in which you can make a 3d printer very quickly probably within an hour. Our basic DIY kit components are assembled semi/partly in to three sections i.e top,center and base assembly (refer below gallery), thus it makes the easy quick build DIY kit.This Kit comprises of top assembly, middle assembly, base assembly, extruder, nozzle and pcb electronics. All sub parts are pre assembled and tested already.

We have engineered 7, 3D systems and it has been fun but also very challenging. Every new reprap idea is fun to explore- but takes time to work out. so Prusa is for learning and mucking around with exciting stuff and not designed to be an out-of-the-box retail 3D printer at all. Working of prusa:

The Movements on prusa is controlled by 3.5 Kg.cm Steppers and Timing Belt of 5.08 Pitch with corresponding pulleys is used here, correct calibration is made for Accurate Movements of X, Y and Z axes Steppers.

The Machine Requires 12 DC 5 Amps power supply to power on the Printer, needs USB A-B cable to connect and Interact with PC, Gen6 Electronics is used here with our standard and easy print software, thus make 3d printed Parts with Accuracy and highly Reliable. It can produce Shell printing, Linear, Line printing results in Top Quality 3D Printing. Print speed may be variable according to the Prints you required.

Advantages of Prusa:

Prusa is designed for low maintenance system, which requires only minimal maintenance.The usual tool precautions apply to our 3d printers. Treat it with respect and it will perform at it’s peak. For lubrication, just wipe bearing shafts with a soft, light, soft cloth every month, to keep them shiny. Put a drop of light sewing machine-type oil on yzy threaded rods and slide bearings every month. Hot end tip life depends on proper heat regulation. For best life, simply run the hot end at the lowest possible temperature. Heating elements and extrusion tips can be replaced and repaired or just new ones screwed on. Buy our inexpensive propitiatory specially mixed PLA for best print head life. The printer box is very tough and should keep it’s calibration well. Re-calibration is however quite easy.

Warranty Exclusions*:

The printing hot end is actually hot. Using this devise is like using a solder hot iron- safety precautions are needed for its safe operation. This unit is not a toy. It is a tool – and like any other tool adult safety sense and or child/student supervision is needed to operate it safely.
